2. Estimates & Payment

• Free Estimates: We offer free, no-obligation quotes upon site evaluation or customer request.

• Pricing: Final costs depend on scope of work, terrain, acreage, and any unforeseen conditions.

• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and digital forms of payment.

• Deposits: For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must provide accurate information about the job site, including boundaries, underground utilities, and any access limitations.

• The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, unless specified otherwise in writing.

• The customer must ensure safe, legal access to the property.

4. Limitations of Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe or if weather or ground conditions make work impractical.

• Terraform LLC is not responsible for damage to hidden utilities, structures, or materials unless properly marked by the customer prior to service.

• Any delays caused by customer-provided access issues or incomplete information may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

• Work may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or safety concerns at our discretion.

6. Warranties & Guarantees

• While we strive to perform all work with a high standard of care and efficiency, land conditions and vegetation regrowth may vary.

• No long-term warranties are provided unless specifically stated in writing.

7. Liability

• Terraform LLC is fully insured. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Customers agree to indemnify and hold Terraform LLC harmless against any claims or damages not caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, logos, images, etc.) is the property of Terraform LLC and may not be reused without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Terraform LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website implies acceptance of any changes.
